Archie began his career in the food service industry in 1999 as a co-owner of Zoe’s Kitchen and helped structure and launch the Birmingham, AL based fast causal concept that has grown to over 60 units throughout the southern and eastern regions of the US. After the company was sold in 2007, Archie remained with Zoe’s and currently holds the title of VP of Design and Construction.
